With CaC (Catch and Converter) you can easily download and convert Videos from YouTube, Google Video, etc It’s a simple graphical program for Youtube video lovers It´s written in Lazarus / FreePascal and available for Linux and Windows operating systems.

How to use CaC (Catch And Convert)?

1. Linux users can download and Install Catch And Convert from Sourceforge.net
2. Goto Applications> Sound & Video> CaC – Catch and Convert.
3. Just copy the URL of the video, choose the output directory and output video format.

Note:
CaC also saves audios into mp3,ipod,PSP,and converts DVD/VCD.
